My name is Corinne Rector and I have been a teacher at Cardiff since 2014. I believe that a classroom is a community of learners and I strive to build a strong community of caring and curious students. 

I went to UC Santa Cruz where I received my B.S. in Marine Biology and minor in Education. After spending some time with marine mammals, I returned to school and received my M.Ed. from UC San Diego. I am passionate about STEM and currently exploring ways to personalized learning in my classroom.

I live in San Diego with my family. Ethan is 8 years old and Dylan is 5 years old.
