The Self-reported Academic Record Transfer System (STARS) is required by a growing number of colleges and universities. It allows applicants to record and submit courses, grades, and test scores as part of their college application to participating colleges and universities.
Many colleges offer interviews as part of their admissions process. Check out this document to learn more about how to prepare for a college interview.
Common Data Sets: Each year colleges publish detailed information about their most recent applicant pool and admissions process. A simple Google Search for “X university Common Data Set” should take you there. Most colleges will include a chart that indicates what factors are most important to them in the admissions process which I find particularly useful!
