Familes can create an account to view their PowerSchool Portal

• If you have already created a PowerSchool Parent/Guardian account and would like to add another student, please see this Slide Deck.

• The Canton Public Schools' Parent/Guardian and Student Portal can be accessed, HERE. 

• Access your account on the PowerSchool app. 

The district code for the PowerSchool app is BTQG

Report Card Information: To help you navigate this process, we’ve created a series of step-by-step videos and slides, embedded right here in this message, that will guide you through accessing your child’s report card. Whether you're checking your email or logging into the PowerSchool Parent Portal, we’ve got you covered with simple instructions!

Here's what to expect:

• Email Access: Look out for an email with the report card attached, arriving on the scheduled day. Here’s a helpful slide deck with information on how to access the Report Card via email.

  • We have created a step-by-step slide deck to guide you through the process of locating and accessing these documents within the portal.  

• Elementary Families - PowerSchool Parent Portal: Student proficiencies assigned to report card standards will also be available in the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Our video  will show you how to log in and find your way to your child’s marks in just a few clicks. And, a helpful slide deck will also walk you through how to see your student’s marks. 

  • We have created a step-by-step slide deck to guide you through the process of locating and accessing these documents within the portal.  

• Secondary Families - PowerSchool Parent Portal: Student grades will also be available in the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Our Slide Deck  will show you how to log in and find your way to your child’s marks in just a few clicks.
