Brian Gotsell is the current Head Boys & Girls Cross Country coach at Canton High School, a position he has held since 2022. He is also the Head Boys Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field coach. Prior to becoming head coach, he was an assistant cross country and track & field coach at Oliver Ames High School. He is currently a history teacher at Oliver Ames, where he has been since 2012. He holds U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) level 1 certification.

Christine Sullivan (Coach Sully) is one of the program's assistant coaches, a position she has held since 2021. She previously was an assistant basketball coach at Canton, and is currently a boys basketball coach at West Bridgewater High School.

Brian Rota joined the staff in 2023 as an assistant coach.  He is a Canton High School graduate and previous athlete of the program. Besides coaching cross country, he coaches indoor and outdoor track and field and volunteers with Canton Little League.
