06/08 - Break Bread 5K 


07/04 - Independence Day 5K 


07/20 - Barnes 5K 


08/17 - Blazer 5K 


09/02 - Labor Day 5K

Summer Training Starts 6/2/24. 

Cross Country summer conditioning will begin June 3rd. The team meets at the tennis courts on Burton St at 8am. These runs usually take about an hour. It will be hot, please remember to bring water/hydration. Team members will meet Monday-Friday for group runs and workouts. 


After school practices begin August 5th. These will be immediately after school from the tennis courts. It is imperative that you are in shape come August to actually practice. In order to do that, you need to be running over the summer. Our first meet will be in August, you need to be race ready by then.
