Summer Scholars or Leadership Seminars allow students to live on Notre Dame’s beautiful campus for two weeks. They'll stay in a residence hall with a roommate, take a challenging college-level course, and participate in fun community-building activities in the evenings. All of this, plus students earn transferrable college credit from Notre Dame!

Ashland University College of Nursing and Health Sciences would like to invite any of your junior/senior students (age 16 years or older) interested in NURSING to attend our AU One-Day Nursing Summer Camp! Dates to choose from are either Thursday, July 10, 2025 --OR-- Friday, July 11, 2025.
Students (alone or with parent/guardian) are responsible for all transportation, which includes two (2) locations for the day. Note: The day begins 9:00am at Ashland College of Nursing, Mansfield (1020 S. Trimble Road) . Plan to leave the college at 11:30am to drive to the hospital location. The day ends 3:00pm at the hospital - We have 2 hospitals partnering with us, both are less than a 15-minute drive from our academic building.

This paid internship is designed for high school students who are curious about science and eager to gain hands-on experience in a laboratory setting. Over 8 to 10 weeks, students will work full-time on real chemistry research projects, collaborate with peers, and present their findings through a final report or poster. Each participant will receive a $4,000 stipend.
Eligibility Requirements:
Completion of at least one year of high school chemistry
Must be recognized as economically disadvantaged (preference for families within 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines)

SUMMER ENGINEERING EXPERIENCES AT UD (SEE-UD)
SEE-UD camps offered by our School of Engineering provide students with an opportunity to explore the diverse fields of engineering and learn more about engineering at UD through interactive modules and hands-on lab experiences. At our three daylong camps on June 16, 17 and 18, participants will learn about a specific discipline of engineering while striving to solve problems our world faces today.
Location: University of Dayton campus
Dates: Each day features one or two engineering disciplines. Participants may attend multiple days if interested. On days with two disciplines, the sessions will run at the same time, and students will choose which session to attend.
June 16: Choose from Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
June 17: Engineering Technology
June 18: Choose from Electrical and Computer Engineering or Civil Engineering
Time: 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Cost: $100 per day (lunch included)

FEMALE ASPIRING BUSINESS SCHOLARS (FABS) SUMMER PROGRAM
FABS is a four-day, overnight camp offered by UD’s School of Business Administration that provides young women hands-on learning through team projects, leadership experience, career exploration and mentorship. Campers will build skills essential for success in college and business, connect with peers, and experience life as a UD student.
This camp is designed for rising juniors and seniors. We invite campers of all identities, backgrounds and experiences to participate.
Location: University of Dayton campus
Dates: June 22-25, 2025
Cost:
The $300 total cost includes lodging, meals, activity materials, camp T-shirt and water bottle.
A $100 nonrefundable deposit is due upon registration and is included in the total cost.

18th Annual Pharmacy Summer Camp
Pharmacy Summer Camp is an overnight camp open to any high school student who will be either a junior or senior in high school in the fall of 2025. John Carroll University’s Summer in The Heights is a premier pre-college academic experience for students entering their sophomore, junior, or senior year of high school.

GEORGETOWN UNIVERSITY: PRE-COLLEGE ONLINE COURSES FOR SUMMER
The Red Cross is seeking young adult volunteers to join us for Summer Youth Corps 2024, May-September, committing to a minimum of six volunteer shifts (each shift is 4-6 hours) with volunteer opportunities available in all Northern Ohio Region counties. Actuarial Science and Programming Summer Camps
Here is an opportunity for the technically-inclined students,
specifically those who want to explore actuarial science or computer
programming.
An actuary is a business professional who uses mathematical and
financial tools to help identify and manage risk, so it's a great career
for students who are strong mathematically but who aren't necessarily
interested in teaching.
For more than 30 years we've run a one-week summer camp for rising high
school seniors to help them decide if they want to pursue actuarial
work, and new this year, my colleague Stephanie Blanda is offering a
programming camp with applications to data science.
