Welcome to the Asian Society for Innovation and Policy Conference (ASIP 2025) which is hosted by Cambodia University of Technology and Science (CamTech). The conference will be held from the 4th and 5th of December 2025 at the CamTech campus, Cambodia. The conference will be jointly organized by the Asian Society of Innovation and Policy (ASIP) and the CamTech University.

The ASIP annual conference is in its 15th year, having run in locations across ASIA and has the support of an international network of academics and practitioners. The purpose of the conference is to enhance academic networking and provide a platform for the publication of academic research. The theme chosen for the conference is “Governance of Emerging Intelligent Technologies ” which is intended to explores the dynamic intersection of technology and governance in an era defined by rapid advancements in intelligent systems. It provides a platform to discuss ethical, regulatory, and societal challenges posed by emerging technologies like AI, IoT, robotics, and blockchain. Participants will discuss frameworks for responsible innovation, policy development, and sustainable adoption to ensure these technologies align with human values and global development goals. Join experts, policymakers, and industry leaders in shaping the future governance of intelligent technologies 

Participants are required to submit abstracts and papers through our conference website and  presentation of papers can be done physically. The conference schedule will be communicated to all registered participants.
