Our Mission
The Campbell Hall Junior Curators is a student-led club that fosters collaboration, creativity, and leadership through hands-on experience in exhibition design and gallery management. Guided by senior students, this High School club's members work together to bring five exhibitions to life on campus each school year. Responsibilities include assisting visiting artists, preparing artwork for display, curation of artwork, managing installations, and helping with public events. The club emphasizes teamwork, creative problem-solving, and the shared responsibility of bringing art to the school community.
President: The primary leader. They run the meetings, set the goals, and ensure everyone is working together.
Vice President: Second-in-command. They help the president, take over when they are absent, and often co-run meetings with the president
Secretary: Keeps the club organized by taking meeting notes, keeping the calendar up to date, and preparing the agenda for each meeting.
Visiting Artist/Gallerist/Curator Liaison (2-3 people): Working as a team you will be responsible for researching our guest beforehand to introduce and be prepared with follow up questions after speaking.
Communications/Media Manager: Responsible for ensuring posters/flyers are made on time and collecting in process images, videos, and captions for ch_JuniorCurators instagram .
Install Leader, Encouraging and organizing people to sign up for each install and event so we can have a clear understanding of how many people will be available
