Brightwheel

Camas Community Preschool communicates with parents using an app called Brightwheel. This is a free app that you can download on your smartphone, or access from your computer. This real time app allows staff members to instantly communicate with parents regarding their child's activities in the classroom.

This communication tool is required this year. Please contact the office or your child's teacher if you have any concerns with this.

Here's What To Do...

Create an Account

-Install the Brightwheel app

-Create a parent account and enter your invite code (this code will be emailed to incoming students before the first day of school)

-Accounts can also be created online by visiting www.mybrightwheel.com

Next Steps

-Login and update your profile! Add your picture and contact information (the more info you add, the better!)

-Add additional parents/approved pickups/family members. For example, add a nanny who can pick up your child, or a grandparent who would like to see your child’s daily school activities!

Communicate

-Use Brightwheel to communicate info with your child’s teacher! Let us know about absences, schedule changes, and ask questions.

-Brightwheel will notify you when something has been added to your child’s profile.

Privacy

The only people who see your child’s information and profile activity are the ones you have added and the The Heights Learning Center staff. Information is safe and secure!
