Jarvis TIPS:

  1. My personal advice would be to organize all your study guides by unit in separate time period folders (Units 1&2, 1200-1450; Units 3&4, 1450-1750, and so on).

  1. Then add each cheat sheet to the corresponding folders. Remember that those are found in our AP Exam Resources tab on Classroom.

  1. Keep adding unit-specific resources as needed in each Drive folder that you created. Consider adding the Amsco unit pdfs separately by unit as well.

  1. I think that by watching the Heimler review videos one unit at a time while viewing your study guides and the cheat sheets is a great way to start. Set aside about 30-40 min. each day to do this. The unit sections in the Amsco guide align nicely with the Heimler review videos (Heimler Review Playlist), but obviously he will summarize them more holistically by unit in this case rather than by section as we’ve viewed them throughout the year. Make sure you select AP Modern World and not APUSH.

  1. If you’re a super visual person, you might actually want to have actual paper out while viewing so you can organize mind map notes as Heimler speaks.

  1. Do you have a Princeton guide?

Obviously, these aren’t all the tools. Quizlets are ONLY to be used if you have a holistic sense of the context and terms first (IMHO).
