School Information & Important Links

• Calendar: The 23/24 District Calendar displays holidays, breaks, late start dates, early release information, and graduation dates. 

  • The 24/25 District Calendar has been finalized for next school year.  

• Bell Schedule:  The CHS bell schedule changes based on early releases, inclement weather, assemblies, and advisory periods.

• Attendance:  Use this link to review attendance policies and to learn how to excuse your child's attendance when needed.  

• Student Clubs: This is the list of available clubs for the 2023-2024 school year.  

• CHS Dress Code: Please review our school's dress code, as it is enforced. 

• School Supplies: Having the appropriate tools for learning helps students work effectively. Use these lists of supplies by each school to determine what your child needs to be ready for school. Please contact our Family-Community Resource Center (linked here) if you need help buying supplies or other resources.

• Meals: The pandemic-era federal aid that made school meals available for free to all public school students, regardless of family income levels, ended in 2022. Learn how to manage your student's meal account here.

  • Did you know? Washington Income Guidelines have changed, creating more opportunities for CSD families. For example, a family of four with a yearly gross income of $55,500 or less qualifies for free meals.  Apply today if you think your student may qualify for free or reduced-price meals!

• Chromebooks: Learn about protecting your student’s Chromebooks with our Annual Assurance Program.

• Bus Routes: Students outside a one-mile radius of their assigned school are eligible to ride the bus. Click this link to find your student’s bus number and pickup and drop-off location.

• Skyward: Students and families have separate Skyward accounts which allow access to detailed grade reports and notifications (homework, classwork, test, project, etc.), student schedule, attendance and also teachers’ email addresses. Once logged in, simply click on the letter grade to view each assignment grade and any teacher notes.  If you do not have a parent account already, this link will help you get set-up.

  • Login information: Usernames are first name.last name (for example: ben.smith) and the password is Camas#117.  You will be instructed to change the password after logging in.  

• Parent Square: This is where you can get information from the school and contact teachers.  Here is a link with information on how to create an account.  

Sport Tryouts

BEFORE YOU REGISTER:

· Have a completed physical [within the past two (2) years] from a physician & have read and understand the Athletic Code of Conduct.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

A parent/guardian should register by going to the link below for the school your student attends:

FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

1. To find your program, click on the link provided by the Organization above and select the registration form under the word Programs.

2. Next click on the Register Now button and scroll, if necessary, to the Create Account/Log In. If this is your first time using FamilyID, click Create Account. Click Log In, if you already have a FamilyID account.

3. Create your secure FamilyID account by entering the account owner’s First and Last names (parent/guardian), email address and password. Select I Agree to the FamilyID Terms of Service. Click Create Account.

4. You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account. (If you don’t see the email, check your email filters, or spam, junk, etc.).

5. Click on the link in your activation email, which will log you in to FamilyID.com

6. Once in the registration form, complete the information requested. All fields with a red* are required to have an answer.

7. Click the Save & Continue button when your form is complete.

8. Payment can be made via check made payable to ASB or by accessing your online payment option through your school for credit/debit card. Payments cannot be made until August, 2022 when your school ASB office opens or through the online payment system when your school ASB opens that up.

9. Click the Submit button. After selecting ‘Submit’, the registration will be complete. 10. At any time, you may log in at www.familyid.com to update your information and to check your registration(s).

10. To view a completed registration, select the 'Registration' tab on the blue bar.
