JANUARY 19th ~ NATIONAL POPCORN DAY
There's more to this fluffy and crunchy treat than what meets the eye! The modern version of popcorn was invented in the 1880s by Charles Cretor of Chicago, but archeologists believe that corn may have been popped as far back as 4700 BC! Celebrate this holiday by eating some good popcorn that is salted, buttered, drizzled with caramel, or whatever you like to put on this tasty snack!
JANUARY 25th ~ OPPOSITE DAY
It's Opposite Day again! We do not know the exact origin of this holiday, but some believe that it began as a game that children used to play at the turn of the 20th century. Continue on this holiday by doing things such as writing your name backwards or drawing upside down!
