FEBRUARY ANNOUNCEMENTS

FEBRUARY 1st ~ 9TH-10TH GRADE GAME NIGHT

On the first day of February, the 9th and 10th graders will be gathering to have a fun and amazing game night! Are you a freshman or a sophomore? Go have some fun on the first day of the month with your fellow classmates!

FEBRUARY 2nd ~ 11TH-12TH GRADE GAME NIGHT

Just like the 9th and 10th graders, the juniors and seniors will also be having a gathering except it will be the 2nd of February. If you are one of the upperclassmen of CPA, why not take a night to meet and chat with other juniors and seniors? We know you'll have a lot of fun!

FEBRUARY 2nd ~ GROUNDHOG DAY

It's Groundhog Day! Do you know what this special holiday is about? Every year in the morning of this day, a groundhog emerges from its den and determines how many more days there are of winter by looking (or not looking!) at its shadow. This interesting way of predicting the weather has been around 1887!

FEBRUARY 14th ~ VALENTINE'S DAY

Valentine's Day is here! Do you have any special plans for this day? Whether you want to give a box of chocolates or a bouquet of flowers, show you kindness and appreciation to someone you love!

FEBRUARY 17th ~ SYMPOSIUM

On February 17th at 5:30 pm PST, CPA will be having a Symposium! Pastor Joseph Bondarenko will be delivering a powerful sermon about his experiences being a pastor in the days of the Soviet Union and how he never lost faith. Invite your family and friends to attend! We will record the event so it can be viewed at a later time for those of you who are in a different timezone.

FEBRUARY 17th ~ RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS DAY

Kindness is our inspiration! On Random Acts of Kindness Day, show joy and compassion to those around you through small random actions such as helping them out, doing something for them, or simply telling them that you love them! You will be surprised as to how far a small act of kindness can go!

FEBRUARY 21st ~ PRESIDENTS' DAY

We honor the presidents of the United States of America on this day. We also have no school, so let's use that time to know and read about these important presidents who served in office!

FEBRUARY 21st ~ INTERNATIONAL MOTHER LANGUAGE DAY

Do you know what your native language is? Languages are part of our identity and allows us to express ourselves. Let's celebrate the beauty and rich meaning of the thousands of languages that are present in the world today!

FEBRUARY 24th ~ GIRLS'/GUYS' DEVO NIGHT

CPA's first ever girls and guys' devo nights will be starting on the 24th of February. Members from all of the ASB Leaders clubs will be leading these devo nights to students about their identity in Christ.
