Applicant Qualifications.  

Some of the things we consider are:

• Healthy credit history and resident score

• Clean Background Check

• Clean Eviction history

• Stable employment history

• Sufficient income

• Positive Landlord and employer reference checks

Rental Process.  

If you want to apply for a home, you must complete a Prescreening Questionnaire. This is a questionnaire that helps to select applicants fairly. Each question must be answered so a proper selection can be made. 

You must meet the minimum qualifications to be invited to tour the home.

If the tour is successful and all parties want to move forward, you will be invited to complete an application. This will include a credit and background check paid for by the applicant. All adults (18 and up) must apply regardless of employment status. 

We do not accept applications before completion of the Prescreening Questionnaire AND touring of the homes.

Ensure you have copies of each applicant’s most recent pay stubs or form of employment and digital copies of your photo IDs. It takes roughly 4-7 business days to process your application. You will be notified of the decision. 

A non-refundable deposit payable by certified funds must be paid within 24 hours of application approval to reserve the home, or we will move on to the next qualified applicant.

Falsification of any information throughout the Rental Process will be automatic grounds for denial.
