The 2023 Math Framework creates an opportunity for educators and district leaders to ensure that implementation centers the needs of ELs. This workshop will provide an overview of the EL-focused language within the Framework, research on the importance of math, and recommended actions to support equitable implementation. There will be a focus on the need for quality instructional materials, including research on current access and strategies to establish a robust adoption process.
