Ms. DeMoss is currently the choir director at California Middle School and assists with the Pinto Pride High School band. Ms. DeMoss is in her tenth year as a music educator, entering her third year in the California School District. Most recently she taught for three years in the Cole County R-1 School District in Eugene, Missouri where she taught vocal and instrumental music 7-12, as well as general Music and guitar. Prior to the move to Eugene, Ms. DeMoss was Director of Bands for the Dos Palos-Oro Loma Unified School District in Dos Palos, California. While at Dos Palos, she was in charge of the band program 6-12th grades as well as teaching two sections of guitar. Prior to teaching in the state of California, Ms. DeMoss taught instrumental music for three years in the East Newton School District in Granby, Missouri.
Ms. DeMoss graduated from Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, Missouri in 2007, with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Music Education, Instrumental and Vocal Education K-12 certification. Ms. DeMos has also completed 16 hours of Master's work through Pittsburg State University in Conducting.
