Current students who are applying to colleges and jobs and need their official transcripts sent to a school or employer must complete the transcript request form linked below. This gives us written permission to send personal education records.
As part of the graduation checkout, Seniors will complete a separate form to designate where they'd like their final transcripts sent with the official graduation date and A+ eligibility stamp (if applicable).
Former students may also request to have their transcripts sent to a college, employer, or other address. If requesting a personal copy, the transcript must be picked up at the high school office and you must present a valid photo ID upon pickup. Former students who are now married or whose names have changed, please enter your maiden name on the form or the name you used when you were attending California High School, or we will not be able to locate your transcript.
