Anish Pandey PRESIDENT
Anish Pandey is the president and co-founder of Caldwell Robotics. He has been the driving force behind the annual Robotics Competition, the development of the Caldwell Makerspace, and the growth of the engineering presence at Caldwell University. His interests span app development, robotics, 3D drafting, ML, and Computer Vision. Anish is known for his leadership, technical expertise, and vision, which have greatly contributed to the club’s innovation and success. Through his initiatives, he continues to inspire and engage students in hands-on learning experiences.
Shovan Raut Vice-President
Shovan Raut, a junior majoring in Computer Science at Caldwell University, is the Technical Lead at Caldwell Robotics. His past roles include serving as a Junior Developer at E Automations and interning at Silver Lining Pvt. Ltd. Currently, he is a Research Assistant at CogAI. Shovan is driven by a desire to innovate and make significant contributions in the field of technology. He expects Caldwell Robotics to be a collaborative space where he can enhance his technical skills and leadership abilities. He looks forward to working on innovative projects, mentoring fellow members, and contributing to advancements in robotics and machine learning.
Saugat Subedi Project Manager
Saugat Subedi is a rising sophomore at Caldwell University, majoring in Business Analytics. He is the co-founder andserves as the Project Manager for Caldwell Robotics and is highly active on campus, holding positions as Chief of Staff in the Student Government Association (SGA) and Student Ambassador for Caldwell Undergraduate Admissions. Passionate about robotics, Subedi co-founded the robotics club with his friends and collaborates with students and administration to drive its success. He believes that with teamwork and resource utilization, the club has great potential for achieving significant success.
Dikshya Giri Chief of Logistics and Resources
Dikshya is a rising sophomore at Caldwell University, majoring in Computer Science. She is the co-founder and serves as the Chief of Logistics and resources for Caldwell Robotics. While she describes herself as both chaotic and ambitious, these traits often merge, allowing her to navigate through various domains—whether it’s AI, finance, equations, or crafting the perfect cup of coffee. A coffee enthusiast and an admirer of the arts, Dikshya enjoys creating meaningful works with pencils of different shades. She views robotics as a unique fusion of technology and art and is driven to innovate, contribute, and collaborate through Caldwell Robotics, transforming abstract ideas into limitless functional creations.
Saugat Timalsina Event Manager
Saugat is keenly interested in machine learning and robotics, particularly in how these technologies can be applied to solve real-world problems. He is currently focused on expanding his robotics knowledge to other STEM major students at Caldwell University. In addition, he enjoys outdoor games, reading science fiction, and volunteering.
Dibas Dauliya IT Head
Dibas is the IT Head in the Caldwell Robotics, where he develops and maintains the club's website and oversees online activities and graphics creation. He also serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications in the Student Government Association (SGA). Additionally, he is an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the icQR/CogAI lab. His unique skills and geniuses has always been a part for the success of every project at Caldwell Robotics.
Krenjila Sharma Secretary
Krenjila Sharma is the Lab Manager and Research Assistant for the C-STEM laboratories. With a deep passion for Data Science Krenjila is dedicated to fostering an innovative and collaborative environment. Her commitment to excellence and enthusiasm for cutting-edge research drives her work.
Yubika Acharya Treasurer
Yubika serves as the club treasurer for Caldwell Robotics. Majoring in Computer Science and Financial Economics, she combines her passion for robotics with a keen interest in financial management, making this role a perfect fit. In addition to her dedication to robotics, Dikshya has achieved significant milestones in finance, which she is eager to apply to support the club's growth and success. She looks forward to collaborating with everyone and contributing to the continued advancement of Caldwell Robotics, aiming to take the club to new heights through teamwork and innovation.
Narayan Khanal IT specialist
Narayan Khanal is a junior majoring in Computer Science with a passion for building interactive and responsive websites. As an aspiring web developer and software engineer, he is eager to contribute to Caldwell Robotics, where he can further deepen his knowledge and skills.
Dr. Vlad Veksler
Dr. Veksler is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Caldwell University. His research and teaching focuses on all topics where there is interplay between humans and machines, including Artificial Intelligence, UI/UX , Human-Computer Interaction, and many more.
