By accessing or using the website www.calcinatio.com, purchasing any product or service, enrolling in any course or mentorship program, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Calcinatio Collective, LLC is a trauma-informed leadership development and corporate training organization based in Fultondale, Alabama. We offer corporate training programs, digital courses, mentorship, coaching, physical products, and consulting services under the Calcinatio Collective brand.

Formerly operating as I Am HealingOne, LLC, all services, contracts, and agreements are now governed by Calcinatio Collective, LLC.

3. Products and Services

We offer a range of offerings including, but not limited to:

• Corporate training and organizational consulting

• Digital courses and educational programs

• One-on-one and group mentorship programs

• Physical goods and merchandise shipped to your address

• Monthly subscription access (e.g., VIP content portals)

• Live and virtual workshop experiences

By purchasing any product or service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental or guardian consent.

4. Payments

All purchases are processed through our secure third-party payment processors: Stripe and Square. By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

We also accept payment via invoice and signed payment agreement forms or contracts. All payment terms outlined in those documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Physical Goods

All sales of physical goods are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on shipped products. If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof. We will replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you.

5.2 Digital Products and Courses

All digital product and course purchases are final and non-refundable. Upon purchase, you are granted immediate access to all course materials. Because access is provided instantly, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.

5.3 Mentorship Programs

Mentorship program purchases are final and non-refundable. If you are enrolled in a program with a defined start date, materials and access are delivered upon enrollment and payment.

5.4 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription plans (including VIP access and ongoing content access) may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on www.calcinatio.com, including but not limited to course materials, workbooks, written content, frameworks, methodologies, brand names, logos, videos, audio recordings, training guides, and the Calcinatio Collective name and associated trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of Calcinatio Collective, LLC.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content without express written permission

• Share, resell, or repackage any course materials, downloads, or digital content

• Share your account login credentials or portal access with others

• Use our content for commercial purposes without a licensing agreement

Violations of these intellectual property protections may result in immediate account termination and may subject you to legal action.

7. User Accounts and Portal Access

Certain areas of our website, including the content portal and online shop, require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to:
