Our chapter's accomplishments
We hosted the first District Meeting that our chapter has seen in a long time. All of the hard work and planning was worth it because it turned out well and was a great experience for the chapters involved.
We kept the "good" going while school was closed. We showed support for each other and our community by putting paper hearts in windows. We strive to spread positivity and inspire others to do the same, especially in rough times.
We have learned how to stay connected with our chapter while school is closed. We have a google meet once a week.
In many ways, our chapter has grown this year.
To promote personal growth and leadership development through Family and Consumer Sciences education. Focusing on the multiple roles of family member, wage earner, and community leader, members develop skills for life through character development, creative and critical thinking, interpersonal communication, practical knowledge, and career preparation.
We are the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America. We face the future with warm courage and high hope. For we have the clear consciousness of seeking old and precious values. For we are the builders of homes, homes for America's future, homes where living will be the expression of everything that is good and fair, homes where truth and love and security and faith will be realities, not dreams. We are the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America. We face the future with warm courage and high hope.
