Parent Connection is a powerful tool for obtaining information about your child to ensure they are successful at school. You can review your student’s class schedule/teacher assignment, grades, attendance, and upcoming and missing assignments (middle school) at any time. You can also complete your back-to-school packet and update contact information or student emergency contacts.

In this video, we explain what you should look for when viewing your student's grades from the student portal. Ask your student to pull up their "Student Q" with you.
Step 1: Ask your student to pull up their Q Student Portal in HelloID
Step 2: Click on “assignments” on the left side
Step 3: Make sure “Show All” is activated on the upper right corner
Step 4: Look for any assignments in RED because that is what your child is missing and has not turned in.
Step 5: Check for any comments that may be left by the teacher

Step 3: View the upcoming assignments
Step 4: Click “Missing” to see past missing work
Step 5: Click on the actual assignments to see your students work
Here is how to look through your child's Iready with them. Please ask your student to pull up their "Iready" app and walk through the app with them.
Step 1: Ask your student to pull up their iReady
Step 2: Click on Reading or Math
Step 3: Click on “My Progress” at the bottom
Step 4: Click on “Completed Work”
Step 5: Check to see if there are TWO articles about 67% for the week we are on. iReady is assigned on MONDAYS and due on FRIDAYS.
