Caddo Mills ISD is a Teacher Incentive Allotment Fully Approved District

Student Growth and TTESS data for teachers will be collected and submitted 

each year.  The data is vetted by Texas Tech, and teacher designations are verified by TEA. 

Teachers will be notified in May of Designations.  Payouts will be made each year in June. 

In order to continue issuing new designations, school districts must to submit a renewal application every five years. CMISD will submit a renewal application in the Spring of 2027.
