ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE:

STEP 1: Fill up Online Enrollment Form (you can access it from your homes or at school -- we will be providing units for your online access)

STEP 2: Visit the Office for your Official Assessment Form. (Proceed to 2nd Floor Cashier/Administrative Office)
