Cordillera A+ computer Technology College, Inc. is envisioned as a leading educational institution in the Kalinga Province committed to developing the total person into responsible citizens vital to regional and national development.

Mission

Cordillera A+ computer Technology College, Inc. is committed to the proposition that the Cordillera especially the provinces of Kalinga and Apayao be sufficiently provided technical and intellectual empowerment, steeped in Christian values to be God-fearing citizens, for its human resources to break from the insulting and degrading stamp of poverty and backwardness.
