Tuning In

- "Something Beautiful" Write the word beautiful all over the area- on the sidewalk, window and walls.

Senses inquiry- play a song, observe a painting or a piece of art (Chalk talk the student's ideas)

Three or four objects - students select the one they like best, discuss the why

Give each student a paper bag to take home they bring back something they think is beautiful.

Library - select a book cover that you like, sharing the why?
