PROCESSING TIMES

Please note that processing may take 7-10 business days before an email notification is sent. You will receive a confirmation email with your login credentials once the account is active. If you do not receive the confirmation by the 10th business day, please reach out to osphelp@cabrillopointacademy.org

TIMELINES

July 28th - Additional subscription options can be ordered through the OSP A LA CARTE using student planning amounts.

August 4th - August 13th - Reading Eggs, MathSeeds, IXL & IXL Spanish, Generation Genius, and Shmoop subscriptions are being processed for all enrolled students with signed Master Agreements. Confirmation emails with detailed instructions will be sent once the subscription has been set up/activated. You should expect to start receiving email notifications during the first week of school; please be sure to check your spam folder or contact your HST for assistance.  

NOTE:  Students with incomplete Master Agreements and/or late-enrolling students can expect to receive access within 5 business days of their signed Master Agreement. Sorry, we are not able to expedite or process individual subscriptions sooner than the usual processing days/times.  

August 14th - August 21st - All OSP A LA CARTE order requests will begin processing.  Please note that processing may take 5-7 business days before an email notification is sent. • Typing Club

All student accounts will be set up with the student’s school email address.  Student school email address information was previously sent to the primary parent by the Tech Department.  If you need assistance accessing your student’s school email account, please contact the Tech Department via Incident IQ.  

Having login difficulties?

MobyMax -- Please make sure you are entering the information in the correct field.  You may search by school name in the school name field OR you may search by school code in the school code field.  

Shmoop -- Please make sure you are logging in from schools.shmoop.com - if you attempt to log in from the regular Shmoop website, then your login credentials will not work.
