Q: Who will have management access to the student's account in IXL?
A: We have great news; IXL subscriptions provide parents with IXL Teacher accounts, in addition to the students' HST accounts. Each student with an IXL subscription will be enrolled in two classrooms; one classroom led by the parent and another classroom led by the student's HST.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Parents will only be able to access their own students on IXL and will not be able to see other students.
Q: Does IXL include access to IXL Spanish?
A: The IXL subscription offered through the OSP does currently include IXL Spanish. IXL Spanish lays the foundation for Spanish fluency with interactive questions, engaging audio, and real-world narratives that put a fresh spin on vocabulary and grammar skills.
Q: What do I do if I forget my password?
A: Students, parents, and HSTs will have emails associated with their IXL accounts. If you forget your IXL password, you can easily reset it by clicking "forgot password." IXL will email password reset instructions to you. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder.

Q: How do I access my roster from the teacher account?
A: Sign in to your IXL Teacher account, open your account menu in the upper-right corner, and select Roster. From your roster, you can create and manage your student accounts. If you have any additional questions, please take a look at the Class rosters section of the help center.
Q: Does IXL have a phone/tablet app?
A: Yes, to get the phone app, please download the iPad or iPhone app from the iTunes Store, the Android app from the Google Play Store, or the Kindle app from the Amazon Appstore. Then, sign in to start practicing and earning awards!
