During the course you will gain the right combination of knowledge, understanding and skills of the principles of IT and Global Information Systems. You will gain an insight into the IT sector as you investigate the pace of technological change, IT infrastructure, the flow of information on a global scale, and the importance of legal and security considerations. There is a wide range of coursework units to choose from along with two exams that make up this qualification.
Pupils will normally have completed a Level 2 IT course to gain access to this award.
