Educational Visits

Educational visits that involve residential visits of one or more nights are to be paused immediately. Other forms of education visits can continue in line with Coronavirus (Covid-19) guidance for schools and educational settings in Northern Ireland (formerly New School Day Guidance) as long as all PHA guidelines are followed and risk assessments completed. This aligns with categories 3 & 4 in the Education Authority’s Educational Visits Guidance for schools. We will continue to work closely with the Department of Health and PHA on this issue.
