The Public Health Agency Schools’ Duty helpline (028 9536 0484) is only to be used by school principals or a delegated member of the school staff to report a positive case of Covid-19 in the school community.
This number is not for use by members of the wider community and schools must not advise parents to call this number. Parents should call NHS 111 or their own GP for advice.
