My name is Milette Chapman. I am delighted to be one of the Middle School teachers here at Challenge to Excellence. I received a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University in Psychology and English, with additional coursework in Education, and genetics. I received a Masters in Education from Metro State University Denver. As a lifelong learner, I have enjoyed a diverse career as a social worker, artist, private investigator, and ghost writer. This career path led me to teaching where I have found fulfilment and joy. I love working with students and creating a positive and engaging learning environment. I am dedicated to helping all students be successful, confident, and joyful learners.

On a personal note, my family and I have lived in Colorado for 20 year. My husband and I have three terrific children and a wonderful daughter-in-law. Our adult children are building their lives, and our youngest son who is in high school is as well. I enjoy spending time with my family. I love painting, reading, cooking, laughing, and the people in my life.
