District of choice

If your student is in one of these programs (Special Education or Speech and Language), do not begin the Online Enrollment Process.

We are excited that you would like your child to attend Covina High School. If your child was accepted into Covina High through the District of Choice process, please complete the following steps:

STEP 1: Complete paperwork

Complete the following forms and documents linked below:

  • K-12 Enrollment Form

  • Enrollment Information Sheet

  • Home Language Survey

  • Race/Ethnicity Form

STEP 2: Submit Documents

Email copies or pictures of the following documents to Ana Secaida in the Student Services office: asecaida@c-vusd.org

  • Enrollment Documents listed above (K-12, Enrollment Form, Language Survey, Race/Ethnicity)

  • Birth certificate (Hospital Certificate of Birth is not acceptable)

  • Immunization Records

  • Grades and Transcript(s)

  • Record of attendance

  • Discipline Record

*Please make sure that your child's name is listed in the subject line of the email.

*You may also bring paper copies of the documents Into the school office during regular business hours.

FInal Enrollment confirmation

Once all of your child's paperwork is received and reviewed, you will be contacted by Covina High School to confirm the enrollment process is complete. A counselor will also contact you to set up at time to meet with you and your student to select classes.
