We are excited that you would like your child to attend Covina High School. If you currently live within the Covina- Valley Unified School District Boundaries and Covina High School is your assigned high school, please complete the following steps:

Make sure that Covina High School is your assigned school. You can enter your address on the School Finder page of the district website.
STEP 2: Online Student Enrollment

Going to the website is the first step in the process to register a new student (not currently enrolled within our district) for school. If you currently have access to the Aeries Parent Portal, this is a different system. You still need to create an account Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical, and language information will be required. A current email address is also required to begin this process.

Email copies or pictures of the following documents to Aileen Luna in the student services office: aileenlluna@c-vusd.org
(If you have already uploaded any of these documents to Aeries, you do not need to email them.)
Proof of residency: Gas or Electric bill in a parent's name (If you live with someone else and do not have this available, please contact Aileen Luna at 626-974-6006.)
Birth certificate (Hospital Certificate of Birth is not acceptable)
Immunization Records
Grades and Transcript(s)
Record of attendance
Discipline Record or verification of no discipline record from current school
*Please make sure that your child's name is listed in the subject line of the email.
*You may also bring paper copies of the documents Into the school office during regular business hours.

Once all of your child's paperwork is received and reviewed, you will be contacted by Covina High School to confirm the enrollment process is complete. A counselor will also contact you to set up at time to meet with you and your student to select classes.
