Looking for a Maintenance Supervisor.
THE ROLE
The role is varied. You will need to be creative and problem-solving, as not every
problem will have a textbook answer. You may find occasions where a novel approach is required.
Our residents are at the centre of what CPG does. Patience, kindness and understanding are essential.
Remuneration
£16.81ph 30 Hrs week.(Hours can be worked within 8 am to 8 pm Mon -Sunday)
Annual Leave 25 days plus B/H - Pro rata (1 Week annual leave buy-back option.)
A small van with the required tools will be supplied.
On call (voluntary) £40 day (after probation period)
“Turn out” - £40 plus time back
“Tel Assistance” £10

Working Hours
Working hours will vary, and there is a level of flexibility required. Generally, Office Hours. There may be some weekend work if an open event is being held or a
contractor needs to complete some work on a weekend.
Core Responsibilities
Repairs: Conduct day to day repairs across all supported Housing Sites
Contractors: Contact contractors as and when needed.
Compliance and Safety: Ensuring all properties meet statutory health and safety
Oversee and complete weekly Fire Alarm checks and legionella checks.
Void Management: Oversee the rapid turnaround of vacant rooms/ properties to
ensure they are safe and ready for new residents.
Property Inspections: Help and assist staff where needed.
To undertake any other duties commensurate with the post
