NICOLA

Nicola is a seasoned C-Suite Executive having worked for Multinationals to start ups and scale ups in the UK, mainland Europe and Asia. She currently acts as a Fractional Chief Financial Officer for SMEs in the UK helping them to scale, improve profits and cashflow, fundraise and identify acquisition opportunities or prepare for exit. Nicola is an Associate partner for specialist SME consultancy Khensu Ltd. She has seen first-hand how coaching and mentoring can accelerate leadership development and significantly improve business performance. Nicola is also an investor and is passionate about helping start-ups and early-stage business as a mentor for the Help to Grow programme and as a judge for BIPC Cambridgeshire Jumpstart programme. Nicola also has a keen interest in supporting other Women in Business succeed through her work with the Women’s Business Club as leader for Cambridge.
