Madiha is an accomplished Financial Accounting Manager with several years of experience in the Cambridge contract market, where she has supported major organisations including Anglian Water, PA Consulting, and UNEP‑WCMC. Her professional background spans a wide range of transactional and financial operations, and she has consistently played a key role in helping businesses navigate periods of growth, transformation, and organisational change.

Alongside her corporate career, Madiha has a deep and growing interest in Islamic Finance and is committed to continuous learning within the field, under the guidance of Dr. Sajid Umar. Her passion for values‑driven financial practice complements her broader dedication to community development and social impact.

Madiha is also the co‑founder of ISLAH, a Muslim family organisation she co-established to support and uplift local families, with a particular focus on empowering young women through youth‑centred programmes. Through ISLAH, she has created safe, nurturing spaces for personal development, mentorship, and community connection.

Her community leadership extends further through her involvement with Cambridge mosques, where she has led numerous initiatives including food bank programmes, community cohesion projects, and women’s welfare activities.
