(Recommended by Julie) - The has great potential for positioning Kimball to receive funding, it notes significant gaps in the SE corner of the county (centered right on Kimball) in terms of access to parks, trails, swimming, etc. (please see the image on the left, one of several maps in that document showing facility gaps in the Kimball area).
