You've spent days, weeks, months working towards this -- your production Koha Staff and Opac sites. Since you've put so much time and energy into this how does ByWater ensure that your Koha is up to date and secure?

Backups - We backup your server nightly. We save and store 3 sequential days of daily backups, a month of weekly backups, and a year of bi-monthly backups.

Monthly Bug Fixes - Every month the Koha Community Developers release a suite of bug fixes. And every month the ByWater Systems Team applies these bug fixes to your server. There are no new features or user interface changes in these releases. We save that for...

Twice Annual Upgrades - Twice a year the Koha Community Developers release a new version of Koha. This happens in May and November. ByWater maintains our partners on the version of Koha that's had at least 6 months to mature and be tested in real world library environments. That means that in a given year our Partners will be upgraded in November to the version of Koha released the May prior.
