Step 1: Kick-off Call

A 30-minute meeting to get to know you and your staff.

Step 2: Initial data extraction

Extract the first set of data for your test site and for the migration specialist to analyze.

Step 3: Project Planning

We'll meet to go over specific details about the implementation process.

Step 4: Implementation Meetings

We will meet with you to introduce you to some aspects of Koha, dig deep into your data, and discuss your library workflows and policies.

Step 5: Test Server Up

Now, the fun begins! Your test server will be available for you to preview before your training starts.

Step 6: Training

Via webinar or in-person, our Koha educators will set-up training sessions tailored to your library needs.

Step 8: Pre-golive Call

We'll have a meeting to talk about what you need to do this week to be ready for go-live. Your educator, migrations specialist, our project manager, and the systems team will be available in the meeting.

Step 9: Final Data Extract

You've taken good notes upon the initial data extraction; now, you're ready to follow the same steps and do the final data extract! Your migrations specialist will discuss with you what this may entail.

Step 10: Go-live

Congratulations! You are now live on Koha. Your migrations specialist will contact you via e-mail when the migration is complete with the details of your migration.
