Hi, I am Randi Bay. I am originally from Las Vegas, Nevada. I am majoring in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Math. I am very passionate about teaching. Ever since I was a little girl, I would tell everyone I was going to be a teacher someday. Becoming a teacher has been my dream and I finally am almost fulfilling my dream. I started babysitting at a young age and have grown to love almost all ages.

As I started school at BYU-Idaho, I didn't think I wanted to become a teacher anymore because they don't make a ton of money. I learned quickly that being a teacher is more about the lives I can change than the money I can make. I have worked in many different schools and I fall in love with my students. I am so sad to always leave them every couple months. I have grown to have such a great respect for those who have been teachers that I can learn from. I have been blessed with the best mentor teachers ever and I hope to someday take the skills I have learned and make my own classroom be the best. I am so excited to have a classroom of my own someday!
