★ Salary schedule adjustments for eligible pre-approved courses are made September 1st and February 1st only. All coursework must be completed before these dates. Once a teacher has earned Masters +15, +30, +60, a salary lane movement request can be made in the 'Salary Tracker Tool' in MLP. Paper applications will be rejected.

★ To move on the salary schedule you need to have at least 6 graduate credits for each 15 credit increment. You can have more than 6 graduate credits per 15 credits.
★ As per Article XXVIII (E)(1) of the Agreement, Salary lane movement shall be made one lane at a time, and may be made no more frequently than every third semester. Effective July 1, 2019, salary lane movement shall be made one lane at a time, and may be made no more frequently than every third semester for MA to MA +15 and MA +15 to MA+30, and four semesters for MA+30 to MA+60. Please refer to Article XXVIII (E)(1) & (2) for additional clarification and to Article XXVIII (E)(3) for guidelines for probationary teachers who are not eligible for salary lane movement. Probationary teachers may accrue credits for a lane change effective upon the achievement of tenure.
