About Me

My name is Jake Teske and I have been teaching at Broomfield since 2011 and teaching overall since 2007. I'm pretty involved with the Broomfield community as a Mock Trial coach as well as the  Senior class co-sponsor.  

I hold a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Notre Dame and a masters' degree in curriculum and instruction from Indiana University Bloomington. 

I am originally from Tucson, AZ and moved to Colorado with my wife Meghan in 2007. We live in Westminster with our three awesome children, Quentin, Caroline and Cece and dog Lulu. In my spare time I love to hike and bike with the kids in the Big Dry Creek open space, go up to the mountains to hike and enjoy the hot springs, travel the west, play board games and cheer on my Fighting Irish! When we can spare a dime, my wife and I love to travel internationally. So far we have visited France, Belgium, Italy, Austria, Monaco, Germany, Mexico, Japan and China.
