**Step-by-step directions for accessing virtual classrooms via Google Meet

Dr. Billingsley

• All assignments will be posted on the 6th Grade Home Learning Calendar and in Google Classroom.

• The recommended due dates for all assignments are the next day to help you pace yourself. This means that an assignment posted on Monday is due Tuesday, an assignment posted Tuesday is due Wednesday, etc. I will be posting "grades" for the assignments every FRIDAY so if you do need extra time to complete the assignment that is OK but please have it done by Friday!

• Students with IEPs/504s please contact me if you need help altering assignments to meet your accommodations.

• Virtual Classes will be held Monday/Tuesday - links for the Google Meet "classroom" are available on the Home Learning Calendar and in Google Classroom.

• Office Hours are Wednesday/Thursday from 10-11:30 - links for the Google Meet "office hours" are available on the Home Learning Calendar.

• Contact Dr. Billingsley via email at michele.billingsley@bvsd.org or "stop by" during office hours!

Ms. Ritter

Hello! All lesson videos, assignment directions and learning materials will be posted in Google Classroom at the beginning of the week and will be due Friday, unless I indicate otherwise. Suggested timelines for assignments will be included to help keep you on track. Students with IEPs/504s, please continue using the accommodations you use in class- if you're feeling like we need to tweak/adjust, let me know!

• Office hours (think of this like Math Cafe) are Wednesday and Thursday from 12:00-1:30 or email Mrs. Ritter/ send a Google Hangouts message to set up a time to check in.

Ms. McBeth

Hi everyone! All of the Social Studies lessons with instructions will be posted in your Social Studies Google Classroom on Monday/Tuesday for 1st assignment and Wednesday/Thursday for 2nd assignment, with all assignments due on Friday.

• I have included a Google Form check in for Monday and Tuesday of this first week and then will switch it to Fridays to see how your week went.

• IEP/504 students should continue with the same accommodations that are in place in my classroom and with Mr. Smith/Mrs. Wilson. If there are any questions or concerns, please email or chat with me on hangouts.
