Important Information for Parents & Athletes

Please review the information below carefully to ensure a smooth race day.

Bus Transportation

• Departure Location: Nederland Middle School Parking Lot

  • ⚠️ The bus loads at the school, NOT at Eldora.

• Arrival Time: 6:20 AM (to load gear and athletes) (Maybe can be 6:20 AM - need to change with Lulu)

• Departure Time: 6:30 AM sharp

  • The bus will not wait for late arrivals.
    
    

Equipment Requirement

• Athletes must arrive with a FIS-approved helmet.
