The priority is to make Monarch Mayhem a fully self-supporting endeavor through various fundraising. Major funding sources should come from Student Council (shared profits from homecoming dance), Booster Club (sponsorship deals), corporate advertising & donations, and parent donations. In terms of expenditures there are three places that money will be spent.
Permanent - there are a few major purchases that may be needed for the assembly or other permanent needs of events.
Shirts - the goal every year is the have the class shirts fully funded so that every student receives a free shirt
Consumables - in order to build and create new class items every year, there will be budgetary needs to purchase the supplies and materials to make everything needed.
Monarch Mayhem is a week-long school event that ends with homecoming. It is designed to include all students and create a grade-wide group project. Students can be on different committees and compete against other classes. During the assembly, students will dance to class songs, compete in front of judges, and have very high school spirit. Money that will be donated will go towards class supplies, class t-shirts and other materials to help create this AWESOME week!

GOAL $15,000
For the 2025 edition of Mayhem we have set a fundraising goal of $15,000 to cover our expenses. Our committees estimate they will need about $7,800 to buy all the supplies needed. Our other goal is to ensure that all 1500 students get a free shirt to display the school pride and spirit for their class
