Monday - 4:15 at the track, followed by strength training for distance runners
Tuesday - 4:15 at the track, followed by strength training for sprinters
Wednesday - 4:18 at the track, followed by strength training for distance runners
Thursday- 4:18 at the track, followed by strength training sprinters
Friday- 4:15 at the track
Sat - Depends from week to week / Practices will be announced during the week
Length of Practice: varies depending on weather, meet schedule and availability of the track itself. Most days, we can expect to go from 4:15 - 5:45pm.
Outline: group warmup, announcements (if applicable), split into event groups for workout, core/stretches
