Varsity Head Coach

Pete Campbell comes to Fairview High School with over 20 years of coaching experience. He has coached on many different levels (Club, High School, and College). He currently coaches club basketball with Colorado Premier Basketball Club. Previously, he was Head Varsity Coach at Conifer High School from 2020-2022.

Before moving to Colorado, he was coaching high school all around Maryland, D.C., and Virginia areas. He was the JV Head Coach and Varsity Assistant Coach at the Bullis School in Maryland. He also was the Head Varsity Coach at Edmund Burke School where he led his teams to back to back playoff appearances. Pete had previously stints as a Varsity Assistant Coach at Annandale High School and Bishop Ireton High School. Campbell started his coaching career as an assistant coach at his Alma Mater of Rutgers-Camden where he helped the team achieve their first winning record in almost a decade.

Pete played basketball at the high school, college and professional level. He played college at Rutgers University - Camden. After college, Campbell played professionally for several years domestically and overseas. 

Originally from Washington D.C., Campbell attended Rutgers University - Camden, earning his degree in Business Management in 2003.

Associate Head Coach and JV Coach

Stirling has been a social studies teacher and coach at Fairview High School since 2022. Prior to joining Fairview, she spent four years coaching at Broomfield High School and previously taught middle school in Thornton. She began her academic career at Adams State University, where she earned her associate degree while competing as a member of the women’s basketball team. She later returned to her hometown of Boulder to complete both her undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Colorado Boulder. 

Assistant Coach

A proud Fairview High School alumna, Ashley Panem graduated in 2018 before continuing her basketball journey at the collegiate level. She began her college career at Florida Gulf Coast University and finished at the University of Northern Colorado, where she also earned her master's. Coach Panem joined the Fairview girls basketball coaching staff in 2024. Outside of Fairview, she dedicates her time to coaching the Morgan Dawgs and works professionally as an auditor for the state.
