Team before self at all times. We always put the needs and goals of the team first. We make sacrifices for the good of the team and hold one another accountable. We win as one, and lose as one.

Our work ethic can never be questioned and will never waver. We measure ourselves not by the outcome but by the effort. There are things that are beyond our control, but our effort is within our control. We always give our all and push one another to do the same.

We will not dwell on mistakes, but see them as learning opportunities. We are open to constructive criticism. Every day we will stretch ourselves to be better than the last. We will grow to be better basketball players, but more importantly better teammates and people.
