Win Reality:
In 2023, Boulder Baseball joined the WIN Reality team and gained access to some of the most advanced and cutting edge technology in the game today. WIN Reality offers a virtual reality component to training. Inside the headset, players are able to work on specific drills, take batting practice and even face live pitching with over 600 available pitchers to mirror multiple level. Our coaching staff is also able to utilize WIN Reality during practice times, so we can have players taking live at-bats at any point of their training. WIN Reality also offers our catchers an advantage as well, by letting them see pitches from behind the plate in a game-like feel.

Blast Motion:
Blast Motion is another piece of technology utilized by Boulder Baseball. When the Blast sensor is attached to the knob of any bat, Blast provides real-time feedback for every swing and automatically sends swing information to a smart phone app (iOS and Android compatible) which allows players to understand and improve their hitting. By combining Blast’s patented technology, 3D Swing Tracer, Smart Video Capture™, training videos, and industry-leading accuracy, the power to improve is in your hands. Our coaching staff is able to utilize the real time date to provide productive feedback to players, allowing them to learn to adjust on the fly which is a game time skill.

Jaeger Throwing Program:
Here at Boulder we are big believers in taking care of our arms. One way we do this is by using Jaeger Bands (aka J-Bands) to prepare our arms to throw, and also to rehab our arms after a long day of use or while our arms are dealing with injury. J-Bands allow players to prepare the every muscle involved in the throwing process to activate, as well as activate our CNS (central nervous system) for the act of throwing a baseball. Throwing a baseball is actually an unnatural motion, so we want to make sure our body is fully ready for the act of throwing to prevent injury.
Strength and Speed Development
We believe that performance on the filed is directly related to the weight room. We have made this a priority, and have sought out Tommy and Gavin from Strength 2 Strength to guide our young men. Tommy and Gavin come with a wealth of knowledge around not only building muscle and speed, but helping athletes move properly and prevent future injuries.
Tommy and Gavin work hard to not only stress our athletes physically, but put them in situations that will also stress them mentally and emotionally. Through this we are able to develop the whole athlete, and not just one specific area.
