This website is a great source for finding books at your child's reading level. You just enter your child's lexile level, found on their iReady report, and select what interests them and a list of appropriate books will be generated. You can also enter a book title to see what its reading level is.
"No Excuse" words are words that students are expected to spell correctly and read easily. Each grade has a list of "No Excuse" words which are chosen based on the frequency of their use in everyday language. The list for 3rd Grade is to the right.
